Hello my name is Ivonne Cedillo I live in Mexico City I am 19 years old an I study Trade Relacions in at ESCA Santo Tomas

Im a sales manager I work for IBARRA chocolate group, this company is 100% mexican, established in 1925 and exportingin 1946. We manufacture and market table chocolate, candy and powdered chocolate. We also distribute and import different products. We are know for quality and tradition.

HISTORY:
In 1925: Mrs. Maria Ruiz and her husband Mr. Camilo began marking chocolate for sale.
In 1946: Don Camilo Gomez Ibarra decided to seld table chocolate under his own brand and it bacames the first Mexican chocolate exporter the rest of yhe world.
In 1950: The pounders sons, join the company with plans for expansion they buy more moder equipment and move the factory to more suitable facilities.
1950-2007: IBARRA groups creates different product with the final intention to satisfy the palate of most demanding chocolate consumer.

In 1925 when IBARRA gropu create the first table chocolate, your sells has increse 10% but in 1946 and 1950 reached a peak of 50% in your sell so betewen 1950-200 the sells has remain steady.
Then, group IBARRA decide3 make new product for increse your profites and produce a new candy of chocolate who make increse 70% yours sells.

Its possible that IBARRA gropu remain steady in yours sell, because in market are much brabds competitirs and the costumers wants product our quality but Im sure it will that this company innovete day wit day the chocolate market with new ideas for increse profites.

Structons Ltd is a small engineering firm that manufactures machine. The directors have a problem: productivity has fallen significantly in the las two years and de business has started to suffer, the workers are unhappy, our quality is poor and we lose thousands of euros each month.
You have four option:

1. Give a pay increase to all the workers (this would cost 500,000euros).
2. Reduce the level at witch workers can earn a productivity bonus (this would cost 300,000 euros).
3. Appoint a new production manager.
4. Cut labour cost.

Well, I think that the number one is a bad idea, because need to lead high cost and our capital is low. The number two, is the better idea because if you reduce the level at which workers can earn a productivity bonus, to have better workers and best productivity. The tird options I think that not have best option because the possible mew production manager he is not popular with the worker and the option four is bad idea.

I recommend two option I think that is a best solution.

LINGUISTIC DIARY

First week.
In this week, start new semester and we meat our new teacher.
In the class the teachers divided the group in two sections and we wrote a sales pitch.
I think that this week is very importan because you always have to state the subject
in English and I have some ideas for the class.

Second week.
They don´t worked much but in the section check new vocabulary and started the unit 9.
I learn new vocabulary and i understand more.
I like this class because the teacher Brenda speak in spanish if have we don´nt understand.

4 week.
In this week worked by puctuation an present perfect. I learned new verbs. In the class review pronunsation and worked to book and work with a partner to describe a diferents graphs
